You are reading an independent editorial review of a broker. This site is not the broker, is not owned by the broker, and has no commercial or corporate link to it. Nothing here is a financial service, an account, a deposit, or advice. Because the site only publishes editorial content, the information it handles is limited to what is needed to run a website and to understand which articles readers find useful.
The broker named in the reviews has its own website, its own terms, and its own privacy practices. Anything you do on the broker's site is between you and the broker, and this policy does not describe it.
What We Collect
We collect the technical data your browser sends when it requests a page: the type of device and browser, the approximate region indicated by your connection, the pages you open, the time of the visit, and the address of the page that referred you here. If you use the contact form on this site, we receive what you choose to type into it, including any name and contact detail you supply.
We do not ask for and do not want your trading account credentials, your broker account number, your identity documents, your bank or payment details, or your holdings. Do not send those through the contact form. We do not build profiles of individual readers and we do not combine browsing data with any other source to identify you.
Why We Process Data
We process the technical data because we have a legitimate interest in keeping the site working, measuring which reviews are read, and protecting it from abuse. That interest is balanced against your rights, and the data involved is minimal and not used to single you out.
Where you send a message through the contact form, we process it to answer you and to keep a record of editorial corrections or complaints. In that case the basis is your request and our legitimate interest in handling reader correspondence properly. We do not use any of this data for advertising profiles or for automated decisions about you.
Where Data Is Held
The site is served from servers and content delivery infrastructure that may sit outside India, and our service providers may store data in other jurisdictions. Where data leaves India, it is handled under the contractual terms we have with those providers and the safeguards they offer.
Recipients are limited to the hosting and delivery providers that make the site available, the measurement tools described below, and the people who edit and maintain the site. We do not sell your data to anyone, and we do not pass it to the broker or to any other broker, platform, or marketing partner. We disclose data only if a lawful authority compels us to do so, and only to the extent required.
How Long We Keep It
Server and measurement records are kept for a short working period, normally no more than twelve months, and then deleted or aggregated so that they no longer relate to a single visit. Contact form messages are kept for as long as needed to resolve the matter and to keep an accurate editorial record, after which they are removed.
If you ask us to delete a message you sent, we will do so unless we are required to keep it. Aggregated figures that no longer identify anyone may be kept indefinitely, because they describe the site rather than a person.
Children And Measurement
This site is written for adults who are considering a broker and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under eighteen, and we ask that minors not use the contact form. If you believe a minor has sent us information, tell us through the contact form on this site and we will remove it.
We use measurement tools to count visits, see which pages are opened, and understand how readers arrive. These tools produce aggregated statistics. Where a tool uses cookies or similar storage, it is used for measurement and site function, not for advertising, and you can block or clear it in your browser settings; the site will still be readable.
